REFUND POLICY

RETURNS

Our goal is your complete satisfaction! If we have not delighted you, all unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise may be exchanged or returned within 12 days of the delivery date. We are happy to process an exchange for a new size, color, or different item. The refund is provided as store credit. The 12-day timeframe applies to unworn, unwashed, and defective clothing items that are submitted for an exchange, not a refund. Please note that the shipping costs paid at the time of the order will not be refunded.

Attention: Please, do not return the parcel post to the address specified on a parcel, it - not the address for return. If you sent goods without notice of Support Service, such goods are not accepted.

Calidi does not provide pre-paid return labels; you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Return drop-offs are not accepted at the address specified on a parcel, or corporate office.

Additional notes: Depending on the shipping method and carrier selected, your return package may take several days to reach us. Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit. Without proof of receipt and delivery, Calidi will not issue store credit for your returns.

Once your return is fully processed, we will issue you store credit to your Calidi account for use on a future purchase. Store credit never expire, and is redeemable right away!

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items or gift cards cannot be refunded!

Damage or Incorrect Item.

First of all, we're sorry for the inconvenience.

Upon receiving your order, please thoroughly check the delivered items. Should you receive an item that is defective, incorrect, or you believe that you are missing an item: please email support@calidistore.com within 2 business days of delivery and include the following info:

*The original order number & your current shipping address

*A short description of the damage. Note: Calidistore does not accept returns of items damaged by general wear and tear.

*Photographs of the defective or damaged item(s).


Depending on the circumstance, we may be able to extend this time frame up to 5 business days; please report your item as soon as possible for assessment. (Note: If such items are not reported in a timely fashion, we will not issue store credit).

Once we receive the faulty or incorrect item, we will contact you via email and arrange to send a replacement of the same and correct item.

If you do not wish to keep the same item, this will be considered a change of mind, and store credit will be issued. If we are unable to provide a replacement of the same and correct item, you can opt to choose either a store credit or a refund. Refunds will only be provided when these options are unavailable in accordance with fair trading policies. When returning a faulty or incorrect item, please ensure due care is taken to return the item to us in its original condition. All returned items must be unused and in their original condition.

Please note the below reasons are NOT considered faulty :
• Colour variation from product photos Slight design variation from product photos, e.g. print/lace patterns and arrangements Slight size variation of within + 3cm on measurements
• Minor imperfections, e.g. loose threads, crease marks, and etc.
• Self - inflicted damage to the product while trying on the item
• Customer's subjective opinions on product quality and preference
• Item does not fit
• Do not like the item


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.

Bodysuits, swimwear, and undergarments are non-returnable.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@calidistore.com.

Order cancellations.

We will not be able to cancel orders once it has begun to be processed. As a general rule of thumb, if you do not email us within 1 hours of placing an order, there is a high chance that we will not be able to cancel it. Nonetheless, do drop us an email at support@calidistore.com as soon as possible if you would like to cancel your order. After this period, we cannot stop the order and refund the amount back.

All packages that are refused, unclaimed from the local post office, undeliverable as addressed because you input the wrong name or address when you placed your order, will not be our responsibility. We reserve the right to charge a restocking and shipping fee of 30-50% of an item's value if that happens.


Refunds are issued to the original form of payment used on an order in the event that it is canceled within 1 hours of placing an order.

A full refund will be granted if a package will not arrive within 90 days from the time of shipping.


Refunds will only be provided when these options are unavailable in accordance with fair trading policy.  

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
* Only received damaged or goods distinctly different from the description can be fully refunded back to the original payment method (If we are unable to provide a replacement of the same and correct item, you can opt to choose either a store credit or a refund)!
In case goods failed to come in order of size, color or style we will not be able to make the refund.
