HOW TO SHOP

Our online shop is quick, easy and secure. Simply select your size, choose your color, and click add to shopping bag. Your chosen item will be added to your shopping bag at the top right of the screen. As you continue to shop, click on the mini-bag to see its contents at any time.

When you're ready to place your order, select checkout and follow the prompts to complete the checkout process. You can either use our guest checkout, where no registration is required, or create a password-protected account where we’ll save your details for the next time you visit. If you’re already registered, your account profile will be displayed. You have the option to change your personal information at anytime.

 

What is the status of my order?

To see an update of your order/shipment status, please visit your order status page.


The best way to find this page is by opening your Order Confirmation email that you received upon placing your order. Click the "View your order" button.

 If you do not see the email in a 24 hours, check your “junk mail” folder or “spam” folder. We make every effort to ensure that these emails are delivered. If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your junk mail folder and add “info@calidistore.com” to your White List or Safe Sender List. 

How will my order be shipped?

Calidi store has international warehouses based in Asia, America and  Europe. Our team ensures your order is being processed as quickly as possible. Your order will dispatch from the nearest warehouse when possible, although the majority of stock is located in Asia so you may receive different packages for the same order. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders between Monday and Friday.


In order to provide the best prices and flexible international shipping options all orders are shipped directly from our partner warehouses in Europe and Asia, using a range of International based couriers. Please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing. 

 

Do you ship internationally and will it be any custom charge?

Yes! We ship Worldwide. The value and shipping information is printed on a sticker on the outside of the package when your order is shipped. We will mark the package as gift for our customers. BUT duties and taxes are calculated and charged by customs officials in your country. As such, they are beyond our control. As the importer of record, you are responsible for duties, taxes, and any other charges that your country chooses to impose for the import.

 

How long will my order take to arrive?

Shipping Time Estimates*:

USA : 9-25 business days

INTERNATIONAL : 10-30 business days

Most items will be processed within 1-2 business days, but could take up to 5 business days. Your order will be dispatch from the nearest warehouse when possible. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.  Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be modified or cancelled.

*Delivery time is calculated from the time the order is dispatched.  All the timeframes mentioned are considered business/working days, i.e. Monday through Friday, non-holidays

 

Where are your items shipped from?

We ship our products from ASIA.  We ship via national post.

While you can choose your local currency with the currency selector at the top of Calidi store website.

 

What do I do if my package appears as "Delivered" and I did not receive it?

First of all, we suggest you check with your relatives or neighbors if they received it on your behalf. Keep in mind that it may be received by a third party and not necessarily the owner of the purchase. In case you have verified that no one else received your package, contact us and an agent will respond as soon as possible.

 

Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been placed.

I received my order but my item is defective, incorrect, or missing. What do I do?

We know how frustrating this can be. Rest assured, we want to make every order perfect for you!


Upon receiving your order, please thoroughly check the delivered items. Should you receive an item that is defective, incorrect, or you believe that you are missing an item: please email support@calidistore.com within 2 business days of delivery. Depending on the circumstance, we may be able to extend this time frame up to 5 business days; please report your item as soon as possible for assessment.


Include a photo and description of the issue along with your Order Number to ensure a speedy resolution. We will work with you to correct the order as quickly as possible!

 

Can I exchange an item?

We recommend returning your item back to us, then using your store credit to place a new order.

Is there anything I can't return?

- Any on sale/discounted item(s) can’t be returned or exchanged, unless they are faulty.

 

Does Calidi issue refunds?

An order can only be cancelled within 1 H from the time it was placed. After this period, we cannot stop the order and refund the amount back.


Refunds are issued to the original form of payment used on an order in the event that it is canceled.


A full refund will be granted if a package will not arrive within 90 days from the time of shipping.

 

What happens to unclaimed packages?

We are not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or because of incorrect or insufficient address.

 

Why was my package returned?

Packages are returned when it was not possible to deliver them to the address entered.

 

How long does it take to release a package?

Customs is a government entity, so its procedures do not depend on us. 

 

My package is detained / intervened in Customs, what do I do?

If your package is "Delayed" or "Withheld" in Customs, it may be due to additional inspection controls, which is a normal process.

 SALES TAX

We collect sales tax in those states where we are legally required to do so. At checkout, all appropriate taxes will be added to your order total.
